Contact people before taking an automatic payment to allow them the opportunity to cancel the subscription if the account is not used.

I am very unhappy in having had an automatic payment of £30.87 taken from my account without any prior warning for an email account that we no longer use. I am even more unhappy that I contacted you to explain my situation and ask you for a refund and to have my account closed but so far I have not received any response. Not a great standard of customer service.
