Sell the company to me
I am interested in buying this company in its entirety, the IP, the client base, etc. Given that it seems to be abandoned (unfortunately), I have had no successful communication with anyone, just automated emails. The vision was good but the wheels seem to have fallen off. I can restore this service to the quality that gets recommended by top tech sites.

Either run this service or have the integrity to shut it down...
It seems clear nothing has been done on this site in 3 years. This includes updates on the app. Thankful I hit issues supposedly resolved years ago (IE no notifications in iOS) before having my kids start using this service...
... a pity too - it's a great idea and Microsoft even recommends this. I was so excited to find this, I am disappointed to find it abandoned and above all find it immoral to keep taking people's money without providing them the service they're paying for.4 votes -

White List a Domain
Provide a way to white list a domain. For example I would like to add our church's domain so that anyone on the domain is valid. Otherwise I have to manually add dozens from the church domain.

Answer your customers promptly.
I sent an email March 18th asking why my kids' saved contacts completely disappeared. I got the first response on May 18th. Seriously? 2 months later? And the response was, "Oh, must have been a glitch. Did the contacts come back?" NO the contacts did not come back and I lost emails that I don't have saved other places. I'm furious at a paid email service that can't do better than this. I've been a customer for about 4 years!

Continued debits after cancellation
I cancelled my children’s membership almost 2 years ago but still intermittently get billed from a previously supplied credit card. Your company has previously refunded the amounts but it continues to happen. I have had to notify the fraud department of my credit institution. Please ensure you pay attention to accounts that have been ceased so you don’t unwittingly continue to process payments.
