Contact people before taking an automatic payment to allow them the opportunity to cancel the subscription if the account is not used.
I am very unhappy in having had an automatic payment of £30.87 taken from my account without any prior warning for an email account that we no longer use. I am even more unhappy that I contacted you to explain my situation and ask you for a refund and to have my account closed but so far I have not received any response. Not a great standard of customer service.1 vote

German Umlaute like "ö" in "können" are displayed as "Ã¶" resulting in "kÃ¶nnen". Similarly, "ü" is displayed as "Ã¼" resulting in "fÃ¼r" instead of "für". Can you please fix this? Thank you very much.1 vote

I have contacted the Developer again asking to please make this an option. I will update you when I get more information.
