I am not receiving notification emails of incoming nor outgoing emails

The first thing to check is whether your settings are setup to receive notifications for when your child sends and receives emails. You can verify this by logging into your parental control panel, selecting your child’s account from the drop down list, and then selecting the “Safety Settings” menu item.

If you ALWAYS want to be copied on your child’s incoming/outgoing emails, then you need to select: 
  1. Mail a Copy of Incoming Messages to You
  2. Mail a Copy of Outgoing Messages to You

If you want to get notifications to APPROVE or DENY emails sent to your child, then click on the Mail Queue button to adjust your settings.
