Time Restrictions Blocking Child at Wrong Time

If you happen to get notification that your child can't login due to TimeZone restrictions, and the time listed is wrong, please try the following:

Login to your Parent Control Panel

Click on "Time Restrictions" on the left menu

If it says "Automatically detect my timezone" 

Switch that to your actual time zone.

Sometimes the auto detector isn't perfect, but if you switch the timezone manually it should resolve the issue.
