If you are a parent and forgot the password for your account, you can recover it at any time by going to the following URL: www.kidsemail.org/forgotPassword.php

If a child of yours forgot their password, you may view it from within the parental control panel.  To do this, do the following:

1. Login into the parental control panel
2. Select the child you wish to see the password for from the "Manage Specific Child" dropdown list
3. Select the menu item "Child Account" under the "Additional Tasks" menu.
4. You should see the child password on the resulting page
