I've Stopped Getting Copies of my Child's Emails

Your settings indicate you would like to get copies of your child's emails, but you are no longer getting copies?

This can happen if you mark any of the e-mails we send to you as junk/spam. If you do this, it triggers our mail server that you don't want e-mails sent to you any longer, so the copies of messages will stop coming to you. 

If you have checked your settings and they are correct, and you aren't getting copies - please send an e-mail to: 

Please let me know you are no longer getting copies, and I will look up your e-mail and unblock it from the system, this will allow e-mails to continue to come through, just make sure you don't mark anything as junk/spam in the future to avoid being blocked.
