Where Can I Find Deleted Items?

Deleted items are not visible to the children. So a child will not be able to view deleted items in their inbox. 

Parents can view deleted items if necessary. Parent will need to login to parent account. Once logged in:

  1. Select child on the left menu of who you would like to view.
  2. Click on Child's Account.
  3. Click on Login to Child's Account
Once logged into the child's account, view the folders and the deleted items will be listed as a folder. Here you can view deleted items.
