iPhone app shuts down as soon as we login. We cannot load the inbox at all.

    We are working on resolving the issue. We apologize that it is taking much longer than we had expected.

    We have asked that the old version be pushed to the store, but were told it could take up to two weeks for this to change.

    Many have asked why we wouldn't have tested the app before we released it. We went through an extensive testing period and everything was working fine. As soon as it was released everything stopped functioning.

    My sincere apologies. I have been giving paying customers 30 days free, if I have not done that for you - please e-mail me at brittany.oler@kidsemail.org and we will get this on your account.

    I will provide another update as soon as I have one.

    Yes, please fix this. I had issues with the iPhone application as well. We're enjoying the service, the but lack of a mobile application could be a show stopper after the trial period. Apparently, most of the reviews said the previous version of the iPhone application worked well. Not sure what your developer changed.

    When is this going to be fixed (happening on an Ipod 5 touch as well)? Is there a way to go back to a previous version so my child can keep using her email on her ipod?

    Can we get an idea when this will be fixed, paid for a year and for three weeks this app has been useless.

    This update is appalling! The app crashes and is unusable. I am really finding kidsemail way too much of a fight to manage. I would really like to hear about some form of discount for removing basic functionality in this way.

    I am finding the same. I updated the app a few days ago and it now just closes down as soon as it opens so we are unable to use it.

    My son just updated this application as well and we are now unable to use this. For a service that has a yearly fee this isn't acceptable. Please remove this faulty app from the App Store and have a previous version available.
