Allow email in other language or alphabet

Some families are bilingual, and for instance if the father only communicates in a language that requires cyrillic letters, he is unable to communicate with his child.

I'm wondering what is going on with this. We noticed that for quite awhile we had this availability, and suddenly all of my daughter's letters with her father are back to ??? marks. Had I noticed before I renewed, I may not have renewed, because this is important for our family.

That would allow my daughter to communicate with her French cousin who does not speak English
