I suggest you ...

Enable pop, smtp, and/or imap access.

The ability to use with facebook or an ipad is not the same as enabling pop, smtp, and/or imap access. Please implement these too.

    We have decided that we will not provide direct access to our mail servers. So you will have to use our services directly through the site or using the apps.

        That is unfortunate. Connecting email clients (smart phone, tablets, and PC clients) is standard for mail server providers these days. I was hoping that my kids could learn how to use email with the parental controls your service offers. I guess we will see how it goes. What was the rationale behind not providing this level of access?
