show the names of the contacts not just the e-mail addresses (on the app)

Agree with both suggestions! Most email services and applications allow you to see the sender's name in your inbox, rather than their email address. The address itself can be very confusing. In fact, we did a trial of Kids Email a few years ago and decided not to go with the service because of this. My child is older now, so we are back to try it again, but I still think this issue needs to be addressed. And yes, adding the sender's avatar to the inbox would also be great and make a lot of sense.

I really strongly agree - I was going to ask for the same thing. The kids get really confused when they don't understand who has sent them the email.
Also, as there seems to be a way to add a picture to each email sender (at least when you enter them in to the system) - it would be great to see their photo. That would really help with our 4 year old, who can't read yet (but loves getting email).
