Bigger Email Window
The mail reading window is quite small on an ipad mini. If somebody sends photos in the body of an email you can only see a very small part of the image. There appears to be plenty of space to stretch the window for better viewing, even to increase the size of the text.

allow for two parental emails to review incoming mail. Each with overriding authority.
Allow for a couple of guardian emails- each with total view of any correspondence. Each with authority to block any unauthorized email. Some parents don't have immediate access to a computer. This would allow the flow of qualified email to continue to the child without delay.

To be able to transfer a contact from the siblings to the general contact list, if I make a mistake. Or delete it from there.
Right now, if you add a contact in the sibling list, it cannot be delete. Therefore, if I make a mistake, I cannot correct it. In the enter/edit window, it would be nice to chose the group right there as we enter the contact.
2 votesRight now if you login to the parent account and click on Manage Contacts on the left side of the page it will pull up all the contacts. You can edit or delete all contacts there, let me know if that helps.

Make the Android and iTunes Apps ad-free
Since we already pay for the email service and use this to protect our children on-line, could you make the Android and iTunes apps for the kids to access their mail ad-free? I would even be willing to pay another small fee (in the low single dollars) to upgrade to an ad-free app. Thanks
1 voteThere are no ads, this was confusion that the app says “in app purchases” that is simply referring to the fact you can purchase Kids Email through the app, but only through the parent portal.

Update your app!
There are also some glitches. Example: on the app, if you click on the parent login button, you can access the child safety settings by entering a random password.

Save all deleted emails to parental account
This would allow parents to view any emails that were deleted. For parents who don't want to receive a copy of every email incoming and outgoing from three different children, this would allow them to see any possible inappropriate email that the child deleted to hide from Mom.
1 voteThis is actually already a feature. Kids can delete messages, but can’t empty the trash or view deleted items. Parents can login to the parent login and login to the child account, once they are logged into the parent account and then the child account you can click on “Sent Folder” and view the deleted items in there. If you need help finding this, please let me know. (I can be reached directly at brittany.oler@kidsemail.org)

Allow option for iWork attachments
I noticed the option to allow Microsoft Office file (.doc, .xls & . ppt) attachments. We use iWork on all our Mac computers and devices. Would you consider an option to allow iWork file attachments (pages, numbers & keynote)

How do I attach multiple files or attachments?
My daughter needs to email someone multiple attachments for a project. As it stands, it seems we can only make place one attachment.
1 voteYou can include multiple attachments, but the files need to be located near each other so you can highlight them all. If you can highlight them all, then it will include more than one attachment.

enable email to text
I have to keep a few different email accounts so that my daughter can text with her friends. I would love for her to just use this account as a "text-ready" account. Thank you.

Provide an easy way to send approved addresses to Contcts list
When I get an email with the option to approve a message from someone not in Contacts it would be nice to have an easier way to add them to the Contacts list so future emails are automatically approved.
1 voteThis has now been implemented. Thank you for the idea!

improve the iTunes App
I have a few suggsetions for the iTunes App. As others have suggested it would be great to see contact names (even more important than the email addresses which are the only thing currently displayed). Can you give the option to enable push notifications when their is an incoming email? Finally, a parent management app for my iPhone would be great!
